Welcome to Le Petit Poucet Nursery (“LPPN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, facilities, and website. By enrolling your child or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Enrollment & Admission

1.1. Enrollment is subject to availability and completion of the registration process.
1.2. Parents/guardians must provide accurate information, including emergency contacts, health records, and proof of age.
1.3. LPPN reserves the right to refuse admission or withdraw services if requirements are not met.

2. Fees & Payment

2.1. Fees must be paid in full and on time as per the agreed schedule.
2.2. Late payments may incur additional charges.
2.3. Fees are non-refundable except in cases explicitly stated by LPPN.

3. Health & Safety

3.1. Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
3.2. Children showing symptoms of contagious illness may not attend until cleared by a medical professional.
3.3. LPPN maintains strict safety protocols, but parents acknowledge that minor accidents may occur during normal activities.

4. Drop-off & Pick-up

4.1. Children must be dropped off and picked up by authorized persons only.
4.2. Parents/guardians must adhere to scheduled timings. Late pick-ups may result in additional charges.

5. Conduct & Discipline

5.1. LPPN promotes positive behavior management. Corporal punishment or abusive language will never be used.
5.2. Parents agree to cooperate with staff regarding behavioral issues.
5.3. LPPN reserves the right to terminate enrollment for repeated disruptive behavior.

6. Personal Belongings

6.1. Parents should label all personal belongings.
6.2. LPPN is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

7. Media & Privacy

7.1. Photos or videos may be taken during activities for educational or promotional purposes.
7.2. Parents may opt out by providing written notice.
7.3. LPPN complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
