Welcome to SphereHub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SphereHub platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using SphereHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using SphereHub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.
SphereHub is a cloud-based childcare management platform designed to help daycares, nurseries, and early childhood education centers manage their operations, communicate with parents, track attendance, process payments, and maintain records. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. SphereHub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
SphereHub offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of available plans are provided on our website and may be modified at our discretion.
We may offer free trial periods for new users. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewal periods.
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service. We may charge late fees on overdue amounts as permitted by law.
You may use SphereHub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose of childcare management.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of uploading, posting, or sharing it. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Your Content.
While we implement regular backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Content. We recommend regularly exporting important data.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We take the privacy of children seriously. Our practices regarding children's information comply with applicable child protection laws, including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) where applicable.
When you use SphereHub, we act as a data processor on behalf of childcare centers (data controllers). Centers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate legal bases and parental consents for processing children's data.
SphereHub and all related trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names are owned by us or our licensors. The Service, including all software, designs, graphics, and content (excluding Your Content), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. This license does not include any right to:

SphereHub is a management tool and does not provide childcare, educational, medical, or legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your childcare practices comply with applicable laws and professional standards.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SphereHub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in your use of the Service.
Childcare centers using SphereHub remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable childcare licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and educational standards.
You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including obtaining necessary parental consents for collecting and processing children's information.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
